One in three Russians uses AI at work but keeps it secret

A recent survey showed: more and more people are using neural networks at work, but are in no hurry to tell their bosses about it. The most interesting thing is that it is young specialists who most often hide the use of AI — those who are usually considered the most 'advanced' in technology.

The reason is quite simple — fear of looking less competent. Despite companies actively talking about AI adoption, internally it's not so clear-cut: employees are unsure how management will react, and concerns about data leakage remain.
