In the US, teenagers are increasingly being detained for dangerous ChatGPT queries
A 17-year-old was caught after fake messages about kidnapping and suicide. Formally, searching for information is not prohibited, but when AI is used to hint at crimes, the police get involved.
In another case, a 13-year-old student asked: "how to k*ll my friend right in class." He was identified through the school security system Gaggle. Later, the boy claimed he was just "trolling" a classmate. Police are now widely warning parents: there is no anonymity in neural networks, and jokes can lead to criminal charges.
Lawyers remind that ChatGPT is just a tool, not a "friend" to whom you can impunity entrust any thoughts.
