1. General Provisions
This document constitutes a public offer (the "Terms") and sets out the general conditions for using the Neiron AI platform (the "Service"), including the Telegram bot and the web application on the main Service domain (as of the latest update -- https://neironai.com).
Service Provider: Individual Entrepreneur Alyasova Yulia Vladimirovna, TIN 490900409066, PSRNIP 324774600203021, operating under the Neiron AI brand (the "Service Provider").
Using the Service, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or buying a one-time digital product means full acceptance of these Terms.
The current version of the Terms is published on this page. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Service.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service gives the User access to an AI-tool aggregation platform, including text, image, and video generation as well as other features available in the current product version.
Access to the Service is provided via the Telegram bot (@neiro_rusbot) and the web application on the main Service domain.
Available functionality, usage limits, commercial products, and related conditions are defined by the selected plan, one-time generation pack, and the terms published on the pricing page.
The Service Provider is not the developer of every AI tool used by the Service and may engage third-party services and technical contractors to operate the Service.
3. Account and Use Rules
To access the Service, the User must use one of the available authentication methods, including Telegram and Google, where such methods are publicly available in the interface at the time of use.
The User must provide accurate information and keep access to their accounts and devices secure. Actions performed through the User's account are deemed to have been performed by the User unless proven otherwise.
When using the Service, the User must not violate the law, bypass technical limits, abuse the Service through automation, infringe third-party rights, or generate or distribute prohibited content.
If the User breaches these Terms, the Service Provider may limit access to the Service, delete the account, or refuse further service.
4. Plans, Payments, and Refunds
The Service may be provided through subscriptions of different durations, one-time generation packs, and other digital products expressly listed on the pricing page.
Payments are accepted through the methods available in the Service interface, including YooKassa and Telegram Stars.
Auto-renewal (recurring billing). Auto-renewal applies to subscriptions only where the User has explicitly consented in the Service interface when ordering the subscription. One-time generation packs do not renew automatically.
Amount, period, and date of first automatic charge. When auto-renewal is enabled, the Service Provider charges the amount corresponding to the selected plan. Current tariff prices are available at /pricing. Auto-renewal occurs on the expiry date of the current paid period.
Pre-charge notification. The Service Provider notifies the User about the upcoming auto-renewal no later than 3 calendar days before the charge date, by email on file and/or through the Service interface.
Disabling auto-renewal. The User may disable auto-renewal at any time in 'Subscription -> Manage Subscription -> Disable auto-renewal' without losing access until the end of the current paid period. Disabling is also available through support where the relevant interface is temporarily unavailable.
Refund on unused billing cycle. The User may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the auto-renewal charge if the Service was not used during that billing cycle. Refund requests must be sent to rusbotAI@ya.ru with the reason and transaction identifier.
Changes to plan or auto-renewal terms. If the plan or auto-renewal terms change, the Service Provider will notify the User at least 14 calendar days before the next auto-renewal charge. The User may decline further service without losing access until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds. Refund requests are reviewed where required by law, in the event of a proven technical failure of the Service, and in other cases described in the public payment rules in effect at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be sent to rusbotAI@ya.ru with the reason and transaction identifier.
5. AI Content and Liability
The User independently formulates requests to AI tools and is responsible for the legality and consequences of using the resulting content.
The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, error-free nature, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. The User must independently review outputs before publishing them, sharing them with third parties, or using them commercially.
Rights in generated content are determined by applicable law, the terms of the relevant third-party services, and the manner in which the User uses the output.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Service Provider's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid subscription period or the last one-time product directly related to the claim.
6. Termination, Contact, and Disputes
The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the account through available functionality or by contacting support.
The Service Provider may fully or partially discontinue the Service, change its functionality, or terminate an individual User's access where these Terms are violated, where required by law, where further provision becomes technically impossible, or where the project itself is discontinued.
For all questions related to the Service, the User may contact:
-- email: rusbotAI@ya.ru;
-- Telegram: @neiro_rusbot.
The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
