This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") sets out the general rules for processing user data on the Neiron AI platform (the "Platform"). The Platform provides access to AI-powered tools via the web application on the main Service domain (as of the latest update -- https://neironai.com) and via the Telegram bot (@neiro_rusbot). Where separate consent is required for a specific action, such consent is requested separately through the Platform interface.

Depending on how the Platform is used, we may process the following categories of data: -- account and authentication data: Telegram ID, username, and other Telegram profile data; Google sign-in data; email, display name, and profile image if provided by the authentication provider; -- technical data: IP address, device type, browser data, interface language, cookies, local technical identifiers, session data, and security logs; -- payment data: transaction identifiers and statuses, selected product details, masked payment data, and YooKassa or Telegram Stars identifiers; -- service usage data: support requests, interface activity, selected plan, limits, and product activation data; -- user content and related metadata: prompts, uploaded files, generation outputs, and other data submitted to or received from the service, only to the extent necessary for Platform operation. We aim not to collect or retain more data than is necessary for service delivery, payment processing, support, security, and legal compliance.

We process data for the following purposes: -- account registration and sign-in, access to Platform features, and synchronization between the web application and Telegram; -- payment processing, subscription and one-time pack activation, and tracking of limits and transactions; -- routing user requests to AI tools and delivering the result; -- user support, security, abuse prevention, and technical diagnostics; -- analytics and service improvement, where separate consent has been obtained for the relevant tools. Legal grounds for processing: -- performance of the contract with the user; -- compliance with legal obligations; -- the Controller's legitimate interest in security, support, and service stability; -- separate user consent where required, including optional analytics trackers.

The Platform uses necessary cookies and other technical storage mechanisms to operate authentication, protect sessions, store language choice, preserve interface settings, and ensure proper client-side behavior. Optional analytics services may be used where separate consent has been obtained. Such tools are enabled only after the user gives explicit consent in the cookie banner, unless applicable law provides otherwise. localStorage and similar browser mechanisms may store interface preferences, the analytics consent flag, and other technical data required to preserve session state and client-side behavior. Users may restrict cookies and clear browser data on their own, but this may affect the availability of certain Platform functions.

For Platform operation, data may be transferred to the following categories of external services: -- authentication and platform providers, including Telegram and Google; -- payment providers, including YooKassa and Telegram Stars; -- analytics services, where separate consent has been obtained; -- AI model providers, media-generation providers, and other technical contractors through which user requests and attached materials are processed. We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes. Some data and user content may be processed using services and infrastructure located outside the Russian Federation. As a result, cross-border data transfers may occur.

We retain data only for as long as necessary for Platform operation, user support, security, backups, and legal compliance. General retention approach: -- account and access data -- while the account remains active and for a reasonable technical or legal period after deletion; -- payment and accounting data -- for the periods required by law; -- cookies, localStorage entries, and analytics identifiers -- until expiration, consent withdrawal, or browser-data deletion by the user; -- user content and related metadata -- only to the extent and for the period required to provide the service, support users, diagnose incidents, and recover from failures, unless longer retention is required by law. Users may request access to their data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period and, where applicable, within the time limits established by law.
