Alibaba introduces AI smart glasses — Quark AI Glasses

Alibaba announced its first smart glasses with artificial intelligence based on the Qwen model. The gadget can recognize objects, manage maps and payments via Alipay, and work without connecting to a smartphone.

The launch of Quark AI Glasses is Alibaba's step in the race with Western AI giants, where battles for the 'smart' gadget market are already underway. Essentially, it's a personal assistant built right into the lenses.
