AI sold a house faster and more profitably than real estate agents

An American journalist decided to take a risk and entrusted the sale of his home to AI. Instead of real estate agents, he used the Gemini chatbot: it helped write the listing, organize showings, and even advised on how not to scare off buyers.

The house found a buyer in just 5 days, and the owner earned more than $90,000 in additional profit by saving on commissions.

The seller himself is confident: without neural networks, he would hardly have dared to go through this journey on his own. It seems that AI is already starting to take jobs not only from programmers but also from real estate agents. And this is just the beginning.
