AI-Book Scandals Continue to Multiply

This time, the scandal erupted around the horror novel Shy Girl: experts suspect that up to 78% of the text may have been generated by artificial intelligence. The book had already been released in the UK, but after discussions, it was pulled from sale, and the US release was canceled.

The author denies using AI and claims that neural networks could have only been used during the editing stage. But publishers admit: catching such texts is almost impossible. Even specialized detection services often make mistakes, and authors can edit the text to bypass detectors.
