First AI-Managed Restaurant in Russia Opens in Moscow
An AI-managed restaurant has opened in Moscow for the first time in Russia.
Visitors are greeted by AI waiters and cashiers who talk almost like humans, help choose dishes, and speed up ordering. Around 20 neural networks are involved in the restaurant's operations 🍽️
But AI works not only in the dining area. It also creates menus and technical specification sheets, monitors kitchen order via video analytics, and automatically marks the start of employee shifts.
