Alexander Krainov, Director of AI Technology Development at Yandex, believes that neural networks will not replace people but will completely change the structure of employment. According to him, AI will replace those who do routine work, while the best specialists who know how to use technology to enhance their skills will become even more valuable.

Krainov noted that the main skill of the future is continuous learning: "AI, like the internet once did, will reduce demand for some professions but create many new ones."

Among the examples, he mentioned 'vibe coding' — programming using language models. But even here, the expert believes, professionalism and unique knowledge remain the deciding factor.
