Books Will Now Be Marked: 'Written by a Human'

British organization Society of Authors launched an unusual initiative: now authors can put a special “Human Authored” mark on their books — meaning 'written by a human' 📖

The reason is simple: readers find it increasingly difficult to understand who is behind the text — a real writer or an algorithm.

In protest, thousands of authors released a symbolic book “Don’t Steal This Book” — it contains no stories, only a list of writers' names opposing the use of their works for AI training.
