Meta* will start notifying parents about concerning conversations between teens and AI
Meta* is testing AI that can recognize concerning conversations between teenagers and a chatbot.
If the system detects signs of serious danger, it will send a notification to parents through parental control tools. Before that, a human will review each conversation.
According to the company, the AI will also advise reaching out to loved ones or professionals for help.
