Gen Z is twice as likely to call in sick when they're actually healthy

Research shows: about 80% of workers under 29 have taken sick leave at least once in the past year even though they could have actually gone to work.

The reasons are telling: fatigue, burnout, hangover, or even an interview at another company.

Meanwhile, the attitude of young employees to work changes just as AI begins to cut the number of entry-level positions.
