Google and Gentle Monster have launched smart glasses with AI — and they look like an accessory from the future

Gentle Monster, together with Google and Samsung, have unveiled their first AI glasses, Intelligent Eyewear, on Android XR with the Gemini assistant. They have no screen — control is entirely voice-based, as if you always have a personal assistant by your side.

The glasses can navigate, translate signs, help with photos, and execute voice commands. Inside are hidden cameras and microphones, and a light indicator turns on when recording video.

Google has long bet on such devices and earlier invested $100 million in Gentle Monster, stating that smart glasses should look like a fashion accessory, not a gadget for geeks 😳
