Make a greeting card from a photo

Add a festive setting and space for a greeting. Insert the name and date separately to avoid lettering errors.

Sign in to work. Available models and allowances are shown in your account.

Getting started

  1. Choose a photo and occasion.
  2. Leave room for a short greeting.
  3. Create the illustration, then add text in an editor.
  4. Check the face, name, date and crop before sending.

Prompts

Copy a suitable prompt and replace any bracketed instructions.

Birthday card illustration

Turn the uploaded photo into a warm birthday card illustration. Preserve the person’s face, pose and clothing. Add restrained festive decoration around them without covering the face, and leave a plain area above for my text. Do not generate letters, numbers, logos or additional people.

Check: Check the face before adding the name and date. Keep decorations away from it.

Thank-you card

Prepare a calm thank-you card from my photo. Use a soft watercolour border at the edges, preserve the recognizable main subject and leave a light empty area on the right for a short message. No embedded lettering, watermarks, added objects or heavy retouching.

Check: Check that the greeting fits at the finished card size.

Add text separately

A misspelled name should not mean regenerating a face. Choose the image first, then add the greeting.

For a printed card

Check size and margins with the printer. For a chat message, check readability on a phone.
