Every Third Russian Uses AI at Work but Doesn't Talk About It

A recent survey showed that more and more people are using neural networks at work but are in no hurry to tell their bosses about it. Interestingly, it is young professionals—those usually considered the most tech-savvy—who most often hide their use of AI.

The reason is quite simple—fear of appearing less competent. Despite companies actively talking about AI adoption, internally it is not so clear-cut: employees are unsure how management will react, and there remain concerns about data leaks.
